Dr. Carleara Weiss is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Her research focuses on Geriatrics, Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and Circadian Rhythms.
She gives insights on the relationship between sleep and aging, gender differences in sleep, and how to modify one's circadian rhythm. We also discuss the moral and spiritual dimensions of sleep.
